The neverlate solves a problem that we all have in common: the demands of today’s active lifestyle often require a varying wake schedule. The neverlate 7-day alarm clock is the first alarm clock to offer seven independent, daily alarms to accommodate your varied morning routine. An analog fm/am tuner works in conjunction with a downward firing speaker which results in a fuller tone when in a small package. (Fits easily on your nightstand: 5-inch square footprint). Customizable snooze allows you to choose your preferred snooze duration between one and thirty minutes. Use the sleep timer to automatically turn off the radio after a user-specified amount of time. The nap timer allows you to punch up a quick power nap in the afternoon without disrupting your usual wake settings. The quick review function confirms your next upcoming alarm. Simply tap the snooze/alarm review button for an instant confirmation.

"Neat concept, but otherwise pretty weak." 2010-01-19
By Mr. M. J. Christian (Sacramento, CA USA)
Yup, you can have the alarm go off (or not) at different times on different days of the week. Definitely cool and much appreciated. Pity it has so many limitations.

1) An analog tuner, and a hard to use one at that. One small dial is all you get. If you must go analog at least give us better sensitivity. Tuning is hard, and seems to drift over time.

2) Too make that worse the antenna is in the not very long power cord. This means you can't exactly move the antenna around to help get a better signal, and as the tuner is crappy this compounds it.

3) Sound quality is average at best. You can't expect much from something this small, but its worse than our previous alarm which was no better. Really crackly highs and almost no bass.

4) The volume control is biased really high for an alarm clock. I have it set to next to nothing and it is still plenty loud for listening to during the day.

5) The time display is awful. Dark green on a bright green background. Lacking in contrast and too small so it is really hard to read any time of day or night. Decent displays have been around, and cheap, for ages so screwing this up is really sad.

So, average sound, the two simplest controls (tuner and volume) are done badly, and the display sucks. Still sure you want this?

"Best alarm clock I have ever had..." 2009-12-09
By Byron C. Nelson (Tampa, FL)
I have had this alarm clock for over two years and it has never let me down the variable snooze length is awesome I set it for 5 minutes and if I want to snooze 20 minutes I hit it 4 times if I need another 5 hit it again when it goes off for another 5. Nap feature is awesome if you want to set a quick timer. Never have to turn the alarm off or forget to turn it off on the weekends just set the alarms for Mon-Fri and let it run... The sound quality of the radio surpasses what I would expect from a clock radio even though I seldom listen to it. A great all around alarm clock with lots of features. There are a few features that were added to the executive that i think would be nice to have but this does everything that i need and more. Would definitely buy again and again...

"Neverlate? More like always late." 2009-10-23
By C. Gibbons (Lincoln, NE)
Once upon a time, I was a first-ring riser. Alarm went off; I got up. My husband, however, has converted me to a snooze-button user, and that is where this alarm clock is a complete failure.

First, the clock misses the primary alarm clock design principle: don't put the "alarm off" button next to the snooze button. While fumbling to hit the snooze at 5am the first morning we used this clock, I accidentally turned the alarm off altogether.

Another flaw: repeatedly hitting the snooze button increments snooze time. Hitting the snooze button several times out of early morning frustration resulted in 80 extra minutes of snoozing.

My operating rights were revoked after the first two mornings. My husband fared no better.

If you are the type of person who rises at the first alarm, you may have better luck with this clock than we did. If you are a snoozer, forgo this clock and find something that won't sabotage your efforts to get up in the morning.

 "happy with purchase" 2009-10-15
By Donna Baldwin (cleveland, oh)
I bought two of these for my sons. It is working well for my son at college whose schedule is different every day. I am glad i purchased another for my other son who has a problem waking up. It is so loud it wakes me up across the hall.

 "Perfect for my schedule..." 2009-09-18
By William R. Murphy (Buffalo, NY)
This alarm clock won't be needed by everyone but it is perfect for my work schedule. I have to go into work at a different time each day and this was exactly what I needed. I've had it for a few weeks now and have not had a single problem with it. Easy to set up and works flawlessly. If you have a strange schedule and need to get up at different times each day buy this product.
