I actually love my printer- not this model- an older one. BUT- when I upgraded to windows 7 - No was driver available. Not till June. So, although my business has invested over $1000 in toner over the years, plus cost of the printer- they feel no need to support me. It is unrealistic to ask a person to stop all printing at their business for 6 months. Are they trying to force me to throw out my printer and toner and buy a new one?
I am losing time and money, because I chose their product.
I've been very loyal to them, but they have no loyalty to me.
